I owe you all a fitness update! But as life goes, I’m without internet, 2 hours from home. So rather than force a fast post I’ll share here ?? I started working with a trainer a few months ago and I’ve been a little inconsistent with travel and, um, injuries (did you see my leg after scraping ??♀️). But overall I’ve felt much stronger and happier to see the scale moving in the direction that I want. I also found out my hormones are out of whack (YAY)! But this is super common so I’m currently researching some more natural methods to heal them and get my metabolism and body functioning at its best ❤️ I can be super hard on myself and my body but at the end of the day, I’m alive and healthy! I’m working on being kinder and more appreciative of my body, while working toward my health goals. Does anyone else have hormonal issues?
